Information and Other Data We Collect
For most consumer Contract Smart services, no registration is required. However, for some services we may require collecting personal and/or business information that can identify you, such as an e-mail or cell phone number, and password as part of our registration process.
All payment is handled by a third party credit card processor, a CyberSource solution.  Contract Smart does not store your credit card information on our servers.  All questions and concerns should be directed to
Contract Smart servers automatically record information when you visit our Sites or use some of our Services, including the IP address, browser type, language, and the date and time of your request.
Uses of Information and Data We Collect
We may use personal and business information to provide the services you've requested, including the creation of personalized Contract Smart construction contracts. 
We will never use or share the personal information that you provide to us in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Policy. Contract Smart will never willfully sell or rent for consideration any information about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your permission.
We may use personal information for auditing, research, and analysis to operate and improve Contract Smart technologies and services.

For example, we may let parties know what the "most popular types of contracts for today" are or provide other usage statistics.
Contract Smart may also use, analyze and provide aggregated information about members, advertising businesses, and other Users, such as numbers of users and members, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to reputable third party vendors, but this aggregated information will include no personally identifying information.

Our e-commerce system is compliant and audited to ensure compliance with PCI standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security).  Only the highest level of SSL and AES encryption is used on this website and any information transmitted between the credit card company and Contract Smart is encrypted.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new services, improve our current offerings, and as technologies change. If we make any material or substantive changes in our treatment of information collected at these Sites (, we will notify you by posting a clear and conspicuous notice of these changes on our website and in this Policy.
Changes in Corporate Structure
If all or part of the company is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity the information that you have provided at this site, or as a part of any other Contract Smart services, may be transferred as part of that transaction.
